Welcome to 8bgame. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "you", "your") and 8bgame ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the 8bgame website, its associated mobile interfaces, content, features and services (collectively, the "Platform").

8bgame is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform designed primarily for users in Pakistan, including those accessing the Platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. The Platform provides educational content about online casino games, sports betting markets, payment references and responsible gambling practices.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or otherwise engaging with any feature of 8bgame, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an Account on 8bgame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. We reserve the right to apply a higher minimum age where local law or licensing conditions mandate it.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate accounts and registrations by legal entities are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, gambling ban or similar restriction imposed by the Platform or any third-party responsible-gambling scheme.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits the activity you intend to undertake.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended Account on the Platform.

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple or substitute Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including, without limitation, your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must ensure that all information remains current and accurate throughout the duration of your Account.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify the Platform immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. The Platform accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The Platform may require you to submit identity documentation at any stage, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or in response to any AML or security concern. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account restriction or suspension.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 8bgame grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational purposes only.

5.1 Permitted Use

• Accessing game content, sports betting markets and educational material made available through the Platform.
• Managing your Account, making deposits and requesting withdrawals in accordance with these Terms.
• Using responsible gambling tools, contacting support and accessing the FAQ and policy pages.

5.2 General Obligations

• You must use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security or access-control mechanism on the Platform.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts or other software to access, scrape or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• You must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, chip-dumping or exploitation of software errors. Any winnings derived from such conduct will be void and may be reclaimed.
• You must not misuse bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their stated terms, including through matched betting strategies designed to generate risk-free returns.

The Platform may offer various deposit methods in the cashier, which may include references to payment services familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah bank transfers, and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. The availability of any payment method is subject to change without notice and is confirmed only by what is displayed in the live cashier at the time of your transaction.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Illustrative reference figures (such as "minimum deposit PKR 1,000") may appear in promotional content but do not constitute guaranteed current limits. Always verify applicable limits in the live cashier.

6.2 Currency

Where the Platform displays amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), those figures are provided for user convenience. Exchange rates, where applicable, are applied at the time of the transaction and may fluctuate. The Platform is not responsible for any exchange-rate losses incurred by users.

6.3 Deposit Funding Obligations

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are legitimately sourced and are not the proceeds of any criminal, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful activity. The Platform reserves the right to conduct AML checks on any deposit and to suspend processing of any transaction pending verification.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, which must all be satisfied before a withdrawal is processed:

• Your Account must be fully verified in accordance with the KYC requirements described in Clause 4.3.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to active or recently claimed Bonuses must be completely fulfilled.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no outstanding security, AML or compliance flags.
• The withdrawal method selected must match the name and details on your verified Account.

7.1 Processing Times

Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. The Platform will endeavour to process withdrawal requests within its stated handling window. No specific processing time can be warranted. Delays may occur where additional verification is required or where third-party payment processing constraints apply.

7.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. The Platform reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments, at its reasonable discretion, without this constituting a breach of these Terms.

All Bonuses and promotional offers made available through 8bgame are subject to specific terms and conditions which accompany each offer. The following general principles apply to all Bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires total bets of PKR 150,000 before withdrawal eligibility is established. This figure is illustrative only.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a Bonus is active, a maximum bet per round or spin applies (typically PKR 500–PKR 1,000 as illustrative reference). Placing bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer and certain other categories may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Contribution rates are detailed in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Each Bonus carries an expiry date, typically 7–30 days from activation. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in the Bonus being voided. Expiry periods are illustrative unless confirmed on the active promotion page.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: Where a Bonus is designated "sticky", it remains as play-through credit only and is removed upon withdrawal — only actual cash winnings are paid out. Non-sticky (withdrawable) Bonuses may be withdrawn once wagering is complete, subject to any applicable maximum cash-out limit.
• Bonus Abuse: The Platform reserves the right to void any Bonus and withhold any winnings where it determines, in its reasonable assessment, that Bonus terms have been abused or circumvented.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless otherwise specified, each User is eligible for each welcome or one-time promotional offer once only.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or using the Platform as a Prohibited Person, including any person under the minimum eligible age.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Holding or controlling more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or through any third party.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful activity.
• Using any automated program, bot, script, exploit or technical device to access, interact with or gain advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing or any other form of dishonest play.
• Abusing Bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including through coordinated multi-account exploitation.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud, reversed payment schemes or any attempt to withdraw funds deposited through fraudulent means.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Platform staff, support agents or other users in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or to interfere with Platform security systems, servers or networks.

8bgame is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and supporting users who may be experiencing gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through the Account settings panel.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over specified periods.
• Session Time Reminders: The Platform can issue configurable reminders during extended gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary breaks from the Platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks may be applied at user request.

You are granted a limited licence to view and use Platform Content for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Content.
• Use any Platform Content for commercial purposes or in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the Platform.
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices embedded in or accompanying any Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bgame and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from Platform access, downtime or service interruption.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in contravention of applicable law in your jurisdiction, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977.
• The accuracy, completeness or currentness of any illustrative figures, RTP disclosures, bonus examples or payment reference information displayed on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of third-party payment processing services including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or banking channels.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8bgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements as defined in Clause 3.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other criminal activity.
• Self-exclusion request by the Account holder.
• Legal obligation, court order or regulatory requirement.
• Extended Account inactivity, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance net of applicable Bonus amounts that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements may be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC and AML checks. No withdrawal will be processed where Account closure results from confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms.

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, during which you should refrain from placing further wagers.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable.

Where a User accesses the Platform from Pakistan, they do so at their own initiative and risk. Nothing in these Terms is intended to create any inference that the Platform is operating within or subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani law, or that the Platform has obtained any authorisation from any Pakistani governmental, regulatory or supervisory body.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and 8bgame shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitral institution, as specified in the operative version of these Terms at the time the dispute arises. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection law.

8bgame reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page will be revised whenever material changes are made.

Where changes are material, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users through one or more of the following channels: in-platform notification, email to the registered account address, or prominent display on the Platform homepage. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
